Too often, in these fast paced times, we fail to acknowledge when someone provides a level of service that far exceeds the standard and our own personal expectations. Karen and I will not be guilty of that offence! From our very first meeting with you to discuss our vision for the project we were amazed by your knowledge, professionalism and commitment to excellence. And it did not stop there! You provided us access to an array of vendors and subcontractors who share your passion and enthusiasm to do the very best they can. Whether it was demolition and rough-in, cabinetmakers and tillers, plumbers or electricians, everyone was courteous, professional and interested in doing the very best job they could to insure our satisfaction.
Your personal involvement was invaluable. Every project has changes and “bumps in the road”, but you were always on top of every issue and truly made this undertaking a wonderful experience. When we would reach a “fork in the road” your opinions and guidance proved to be right on. The finished project is so much more that we had ever hoped for. Not only has it improved the value of our home, but you have helped us create a sanctuary that is enjoyed by Karen and I as well as our family and friends.
